I love a good goulash! And paprika chicken. The Czech restaurant in Santa Fe serves paprika chicken. The dish has spread beyond Hungary's borders.
There was a Lithuanian restaurant in Oakland, CA, that was pretty successful for 8 years, but it had to close due to Covid. That's a shame. And it had mainstream appeal. There aren't that many Lithuanians in Oakland, let me tell you. Whatever happened to that economic assistance restaurateurs and other small businesses were supposed to get, to help them get through the Covid era?
