Having stuffed myself on cake yesterday, I am marinating some chicken to make souvlaki, just made tzatziki sauce, think I am going to try my hand at making pita bread.
We are having Greek style potatoes and sauteed spinach as sides.
No more cake.
Last night, grilled cheese with dill pickles, and tomato soup.
Tonight, probably a hot dog. DH will miss dinner, so I will have something standing over the sink.
I am doing a "sort of Chineese type thing: some stir fry venison ( Mongollian Vension) and a couple prepaged frozen stuff...and white rice..
Hmm me thinks I need another beer...
