My big weekly cookout is finished with a buffet of 6 entrees to choose from:
3 Pork Stir Fry dishes, Mexican Pork in Red Chili Sauce (Awesome!), and two Italian dishes: Ziti with Sausage/Cream Sauce and Rigatoni w/Kidney Beans & Italian Sausage (both delicious!). But all that pasta is making me look pregnent! Gotta stay from that stuff as yummy as it may be!
Also made a homemade Chocolate Cake from my Chocolate Cookbook and I should have stopped immediately when I saw 2 cups of sugar! I may yet throw it in the garbage! Say what you may, those cake mixes are still the best with some good frosting!
