Yesterday it was chicken Marsala with Parmesan mashed potatoes. I actually wondered whether the two things would go together but I decided to take a chance and as it turned out, I was either really hungry and my taste buds were deceived, or it was a pretty perfect match.

Today it was sweet-and-sour ribs with normal mashed potatoes.
