Vegetable frittata tonight with bacon on the side.......I have been like a wild woman for the last week, I was informed last Friday that DD wants to get married here at the house on the 11th (as opposed to the Courthouse, which was the plan), sooooooooo, you guys can guess the rest.

Everyone loves a wedding!! I am sure that it will be lovely. BTW, I want a slice of wedding cake!
Our dinner tonight is hot roast beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. This doesn't compete with wedding food!
Serve over brown rice (the texture is better for a dish like this) with a side salad. Quite tasty!
