Hi all-tonight I'm going to try Mikesins aunt's potato/egg fritatta pie.

Cyn-hope you're resting and not cooking tonight as your company's gone.

I think, I will end up making some Jasmin rice with it, fresh tossed salad with garden grown fresh herbs, and some nice, fresh, piping hot french bread on the side.

For desert: soft and yummy brownies.

Gosh....I am so hungry for that......huh.
What time is dinner?

Ditto that!!!!

Had lasagna and garlic bread last night. Spent most of the day cleaning out our personal stuff from our townhome rentals(12 years of stuff under 5 townhomes --what a nightmare) Hubby ended up with some rusty something getting in his eye(He is at the doc now)--the drama never ends!!!!
Fish and chips tonight!!!!! the mention of fried catfish on an earlier post made my mouth water I feel like I will never be done with packing our stuff and now am beginning to feel guilty about leaving my 77 year old father behind.(his house is currently on the market and once it sells he will follow)
30 days to go before we leave---I'm starting to have mixed fellings

Ouch hope your hubby will be okay. I know how you feel, when I moved I left my family and had mixed feelings. Once I got settled things just fell into place and everything turned out good. Hopefully your fathers house will sell soon, I'll keep my fingers crossed!

I sometimes just squeeze some lemon, a little melted butter, s&p, garlic salt and bake.
