Never had one but in the meantime I will have to make do with bread from the Cuban bakery. I'll get my high quality carbs in somehow.

I may have a Cuban (sandwich) tomorrow night for dinner. I just love that Spanish pork with all the right trimmings. I'll be passing a Cuban bakery for the bread. Now here I'm wanting one tonight. Probably to late but a possibility.

Burdell-how'd you know I was going to mention the roll?

Local deli was getting Taylor Pork roll but has stopped as there wasn't much of a call for it (just me and another few). People here don't know what they're missing.

OOoo yum good idea. I had a Vietnamese one for lunch - finishing last night's leftovers, was good. Can I have both countries in one day...?

Lacey, I haven't been able to find Taylor Pork roll outside of New Jersey and then only in the cities and shore area.
