Ya know you are killing us fruit lovers. Well I'm an omnivore but still this fresh fruit looks down right out tantalizing. Thanks for posting such lovely fare. Send me one, I don't need a candle and have a good fork.

I'll cyber one right over when made. And thanks for the congrats. I finally found out what people were talking about when someone explained it to me. I'm always busy looking at the food or photos depending on the thread. Now I'm busy watching out for our TX friends on the hurricane IKE thread. Worry will not help but I am.

I'm getting jealous. We don't have many ethnic grocery stores, bakeries or restaurants in Scranton so I guess I'll have to go back to "running" to NYC for food.

I'm in Austin so hopefully out of the firing line, but my heart goes out to all those affected - safe wishes to all

Probably safe from the most violent part but are you close enough to be in the tornado fringes? I hope not. This is a big one in diameter and will touch a lot of lives in TX. If for any reason Ike does not take the right turn as predicted you may see some storm level winds but most likely no hurricane force winds. Maybe you need the rain? Don't take any chances. We need your smiling face around these parts with dinner ideas.

Me too, I keep an eye on my dinner and one on TV.
I am a little disappointed of the ones who refused to leave.

Hope it doesn't blow my broadband away! We might get some rain, that would be welcome - but just a bit will do thanks!

I just don't feel good about that right turn...how do they know that stuff for SURE???

We have an awful lot of evacuees staying in Austin, so for their sakes lets pray it stays calm in Austin, and that they all have intact homes to go back to...wonder what they are having for dinner tonight
