Hi all-back from car place-all's well. Sweated and slaved over the cell phone placing an order for Cinese takeout-so dinner will be waiting for us!!

Cyn-if you have cream soup and brocolli-layer broc in baking dish, top with chicken, mix cream soup w/ 1/2 c Marsala & 1/2 c sour cream, pour over, sprinkle with paprika. Bake 35-45 min.

Or do you have Stove Top? Layer chicken, cream soup 1/2 cup white wine, Stove Top, melt 1/2 stick butter and pour over stuffing mix. Bake 35 min.

Afternoon all, going to have tuna melts tonight. I am going to tell my one son it is tuna pizza since he hates anything made with mayo. Keep your fingers crossed for me/.

Well the recipe I used called for less mayo than I usually use. So hopefully he won't notice. But he's 12 going on I know it all so he'll probably give me a hard time.

Well I am very thankful he is my only picky eater. No mayo, no peanut butter (how unamerican LOL) no mustard. He does slather everything in ketchup though. I am lucky. But if he doesn't like it, he can have a grilled cheese or something.

I love breakfast for dinner. Break hubby in slowly. Make him steak and eggs and pancakes. Next time, ham and eggs. Next time, bacon and eggs. Before he knows it, you'll have him eating QUICHE!

Just a side note for those like me that CANNOT stand mayo. When I make tuna, I use light sour cream instead since all you need is a binder.
