Couldn't even cram one frozen package of peas into my stand-up freezer anymore, so out came the frozen leftovers! Turkey Tettrazzini and Hungarian Fish with Potatoes.

But I knew I couldn't go a week without cooking, so I made a Sour Cream Raisin Pie, a Coconut Custard Pie, Vichyssoise and a Cream of Potato Carrot Soup, both French soups with Half & Half Cream! Yummy!

There's usually a dozen homeless people up near the bridge when I walk home from the bus in the morning. So tempting! To invite them all down to clean out all my frozen leftovers so I can cook up a storm again! What a drag to get so ahead of yourself with cooking!!!

Another bridge day so I will keep dinner simple: we are having chicken brats on nice rolls. I will grill them with some peppers and grilled onions. I think we will just have chips with it or whatever is left from the bridge luncheon.
