I was thinking of having a crab cake with mashed potatoes and salad, but now I'm thinking it's just too damn hot out. I'll probably have a salad (romaine, radishes, cucumbers, black olives, and blue cheese dressing) with some bread and butter.
Beer can chicken on the grill, shaved zucchini and summer squash salad and cottage fries.

Sounds yummy but you forgot the onions and capers.
