White chicken chili with pepper jack melted in served over baked potatoes, and because I am not feeling too great today I also made some broccoli cheese soup. Never mind that it's hot outside - I am looking forward to the soup.

Tried this for the first time tonight. Maple pulled pork, chilli cornbread and an apple and pecan slaw, plus sweet potatoes (skin on) pan cooked and then roasted in the oven.

It was absolutely DEE-LISH...that's why I don't have desert too often, no room, no interest!

Best regards, sincerely

Chinese food. Take out. I was way too tired to cook.

It WAS good take out though, especially the broccoli with garlic sauce and the sesame bean curd.

It's taco salad night! Nice to have fresh picked tomatoes from the garden, and serranos.
