Leftover heaven.
Sewer pipes, with meatballs and tomato sauce. Pattie shells with Seafood Newburg and peas. So good warmed over, and tomorrow I can clean the fridge and go grocery shopping.

I also made a cake that I saw on Facebook. Very easy, very tasty.

2 cans of Comstock Lemon Pie Filling and a Angle Food Cake Mix. Mix together and bake in a greased sheet cake pan at 350 for about 25 minutes. It is not a pretty cake but certainly taste good.

Going light tonight - salad: romaine/iceberg lettuce, carrots, cabbage, sweet tomatoes, onion and beets. I made a delicious oil and balsamic vinegar dressing.
