Bridge luncheon day, so I will leave the spoiled brat a decent size lunch and dinner will be simply split pea soup from the freezer and avocado sandwiches.

My poor daughter had 2 teeth pulled so it's pretty much liquid diet tonight. I'm going to treat her to a big bowl of Wor Won Ton Soup from our favorite chinese restaurant.

Bought a really nice looking fresh Spanish mackerel from the fish house today. Wife is broiling it as a thunderstorm is moving in and I'm not standing outside over a grill. Sides? Whatever she fixes is fine.

In addition to the mackerel we had a deep sea scallop each. First time to try. I don't think they are worth the cost. Good fish is better to me.
