Grilled burgers no cheese on mine, steamed broccoli, little bit of pasta with spinach left over for hubby.

Mediterranean hero sandwiches on semolina bread - artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, assorted peppers, assorted olives, provolone, Feta, and fresh mozzarella cheeses and vegan versions. Spinach, lettuce and fresh tomatoes. We grill the bread first and it's sort of a "build your own sandwich" night.

Everyone makes their own. Cantaloupe and watermelon for desert.

split chicken breasts marinated in a mix of orange marmalade and teriyaki sauce-then grilled

garlic bread

Perkins Restaurant, on the road--haven't eaten in a Perkins in years. I had tilapia, broccoli & a baked potato. Pretty good.

Manicure night and Mickey D's -- but they were running a 2-for-1 special on their new quarter pounders, and we're avoiding fries right now, so dinner for me and my sister was less than $5
