Na'an pizza.

One with prosciutto, fig preserves, goat cheese and finsihed with arugula and white truffle oil

One with good tomatoes, basil from the garden, spicy italian sausage and mozzarella (homemade if I get my butt outta this chair and get to the grocery store)

I'm doing a saute with home-cured applewood smoked bacon, onions, garlic, asparagus and some asian veg that looks like a cross between really tall skinny celery and bok choy but with purple leaves on top, plus adding some canellini beans to it to round things out and I'll add a smattering of fresh cilantro from the garden. Probably a bit of soy sauce and a squeeze of lime juice to bring everything together.

Many moons ago when I lived in a rental house in California I had three avocado trees in the yard.
Ate them almost every day and did not tire of them.

Probably tonights dinner is going to be scrambled eggs and cheese. Pretty basic.

I cooked some fresh roma beans and then added a leftover chicken breast and a can of mushroom soup for a lazy one pot meal.
