Just like Elaine in Seinfeld who wanted "A BIG SALAD," (oh my god, when am I going to stop referencing a show that hasn't been on in more than a DECADE?), I'm going to make a BIG SALAD: romaine lettuce, corn, chick peas, grape tomatoes, avocado (and lots of it!), small chunks of extra-sharp cheddar cheese, bits of tortilla chips for crunch, and this Asian Sesame dressing that just makes anything and everything oh-so-delicious: RENÉE'S ® ASIAN SESAME VINAIGRETTE | Renée’s Gourmet

DH found white corn, so tonight's hot dogs on the grill and corn on the cob. Need to use up some lettuce, so probably a salad, too.

Slight change in the dinner menu, hubby had the chicken thighs on the BBQ, I wrapped up 2 sweet potatoes and put them on the grill, grilled asparagus and I took a large Vidalia onion and cored out some of the middle, put 2 tbsp. butter in the hole and sprinkled it with paprika, wrapped that in foil and put in on the grill as well.
