What's on tonight's dinner menu? 2013 version! (macaroni, original, kids, bourbon)

We had teriyaki chicken and rice.

Severe storm in the forecast - I went to Fresh Market and bought some sandwich supplies. Rolls with capicola, salami and white cheddar.

Pulled pork sandwich and chicken noodle soup, along with half a banana.

Tonight is meatless night so I will make ,,Apfelkoch''..apple casserole ..for 4 people

Mix in a bowl 2 eggs,1 tbsp. soft butter,1-2 tbsp. sugar,1/2 tsp. cinnamon til smooth. Add soaked in milk breadcrumbs...fine or course as you like and mix. Add grated peel of one lime and whole juice of lime.Add 1 tbsp. flour and mix. The consistency should be almost liquid thick .Finally add 6-8 tardy Macintosh or Cortland apples,peeled and diced. ( I add 1 sliced banana,gives that special aroma)Mix one more time . Put in a glass baking form and in the oven for 45-60 min. on 300 F . It should look golden brown.With it we serve large glasses of chilled fresh milk.

I'm having a good sized lunch so dinner will be a protein shake and an apple. I've got an empty house tonight so don't feel like cooking just for myself.

I have rally been wanting burgers on the grill at least 2x a week so tonight is burgers on a toasted English muffin, peas. We also have some left over chicken cutlets too.
