Pasta with sauteed red bell peppers and red onions, cherry tomatoes, basil, cilantro and crispy bacon.
Should be good as a salad to take for lunch for the next day or two as well.

I think it'll be egg in a cup. Toast cut up into bite sized pieces and placed in a bowl (as a kid my mother would put it in a coffee cup, ergo the name). Over medium a couple eggs (she soft boiled them) and pour them over the toast, breaking up the white a little bit, then add salt and pepper and last but not least, crumble bacon over the top.

Linguine with red sauce, garlic cheese bread and whatever Dessert my friend brings with her. Also, unsweetened tea for me I'm not sure what she will drink.

It is extremely hot here today, and we aren't very hungry for anything heavy. I made Chinese Chicken Salad, with cabbage, chicken, almonds and Ramen noodles. The dressing is made with the seasoning packet from the Ramen. Crispy and refreshing. Some muffins or corn bread would have been good, if I wasn't such a slacker.
