DH is having Arroz con pollo. I made it but it is too hot for me. I'm having a glass of iced tea.

Cheese pizza topped with tomato, orange bell pepper, sliced black olives, jalepeno pepper, mushrooms, fresh pineapple and grated medium cheddar cheese. Publix frozen cheese pizza is the base. I bought one several months ago for a penny and was hooked. Cooks up crispy and good flavor--or maybe it's the toppings I add that give it the great taste. Either way a good deal. (regular price is 3/$10) Wine to drink of course

Tonight I am making beef enchiladas with mexican rice and refried beans, topped with black olives, cheese, sour cream, and shredded lettuce. Forgot to buy chips for the salsa, oh well......

No cooking here tonight. I have a roast on slow cook for tomorrow. It should be falling apart by morning. And the house will smell great!!!

After a huge lunch of a combo burrito with the works with two refried bean burritos, all I am having is two coconut mini-donuts and a glass of milk. Okay, no glass. Just the jug and me.

Go Spurs!
