They were easy to make (day ahead) and very good. I even made them w/ low fat ricotta and fat-free mozzarella. I was kinda worried using the non-fat mozzarella after I did it, but they came out so good.
Christmas Eve was with family... we had smoked Turkey, potato casserole, spinach artichoke dip. Many of us ate that as a side. Raw veggies, deviled eggs, olives, pickles, dinner salad and fresh pineapple,
Dessert- Pumpkin pie, sugar cookies, oatmeal cookies, nighty night cookies, Choc. chip cookies, about 6 others that I can't remember.
Christmas Day hubby & I and all the dogs... Cinnamon rolls & coffee. Llater that afternoon I made beans & smoked ham shanks. They were yummy. Also made some awesome cornbread to go with it.
