LOL, your idea of eating light sounds like anything but....however that all sounds really tasty! (I hope you leave the skins ON the potatoes though. Yum.)

I'm about to eat a mess of stir-fried garlicky asparagus with a couple of peppery eggs and grated pepper jack on top.
