A blueberry non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 toasted whole wheat slices of bread with strawberry spread and a large mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar and a bit of fat-free milk.

Baked stuffed loaded potatoes and home made vegetable soup. Three Bean salad.

For desert, my mom's pineapple upside down cake. (Duncan Heinz and Dole) - But it's good.

Pineapple and zero fat Greek yogurt for DH.
