I am experimenting for tonight's dinner.

Crockpot boneless pork ribs: I seasoned all the ribs with garlic powder, pepper, salt, curry powder and cumin. One half of the ribs will be topped with orange rind and the other half will be topped with a mixture of fresh basil and cilantro. It will be fun to see which mixture is tastier.

Potato salad and a green salad will be served with the ribs.

Already, it is starting to smell tantalizing.

Gnocchi and Italian Sausage in vodka sauce, a salad, bread sticks, some great wine and Tiramisu for dessert. A lovely meal with all my children and grandchildren and most importantly I didn't have to clean up.
