What seasonings are you using on your scallops and scampi?
I am winging it.....salt and pepper of course and garlic and a squeeze of lemon in the butter I cook the seafood in.....probably a little "old bay seasoning" or thyme...and a lot of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley. I used to have fresh lemon thyme in my garden and it would be perfect. If I decide to do something a little different I could use dill instead of Old Bay seasoning.
