Leftovers...I'm eating half a sub i had for lunch from 'Carls" in waltham..the place is tiny, been around for years and always featured on Phantom Gourmet in the boston area for the Best steak and cheese subs around. A small is 8 bucks but is loaded with almost a pound of meat..mine is with shrooms, onions, and provolone..
Gonna reheat that half now.
Others in the house can fend for themselves as we have plenty of leftovers!!
Good eats to all!

After cooking numerous dishes over the last several days I took myself out to Pizza Hut earlier and had a Thin & Crispy Pizza, a Mug Root Beer and an order of Cheesy Breadsticks.
Most of the pizza came home with me, half of the breadsticks came home with me and most of the Root Beer came home with me as leftovers.

I would put it in the slow cooker on low then go from there.
Once it is cooked and tender you can do pulled pork barbecue sandwiches
Pork Fajitas, tacos, chimis or quesadillas
Slice it for cold sandwiches.
Slice it for supper with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, bread and butter
Put it in some sort of casserole.
Freeze it in smaller servings after it is cooked to pull out when you want a quick light snack/meal.

Leftover Crockpot pork steak, steamed broccoli leaves, baked potato with sour cream and scallions. If I have room, blueberries and strawberries for dessert.
