Last night, I made Andouille and red beans with rice, and cornbread on the side. It was fabulous and so quick and easy. Will definitely put this in the regular rotation.

Tonight was going to be beef stew but my husband really wants home made Italian subs. I said fine as long as he's the one who does the shopping. The whole family does love them so it's all good.
No clue what is on tonight for I am preparing our Thanksgiving feast for this weekend which includes turkey,my cranberry chutney,mashed potatoes,mashed sweet yams,this delicious hot curried baked fruit dish Hot Curried Fruit Recipe | Taste of Home
green garlic beans,Brussels sprouts and this red cabbage dish Bavarian Kitchen | German Recipes | Rotkohl, Blaukraut - Red Cabbage | 10/10/2014
To drink red/white wine,beer,lemon/lime water and of course Schnapps for digestion. For dessert later in front of the fireplace my home baked Bavarian plum cake with whipping cream,a rum cake my daughter will bring and coffee or tea.

We are celebrating my sister getting out of the hospital and I'm preparing cabernet filet mignon, corn on the cob, Cajun onion rings and chocolate-raspberry brownies and we'll drink the rest of the cabernet (well, I will anyway, I'm not sure she can drink yet).

The thought of that Bavarian plum cake is really making my mouth water! Actually, the whole meal is drool worthy.
