It's just the two of us so we are going simple but traditional - ham, mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. I'm trying to decide whether to steam or roast the sprouts....leaning toward roasting.

I wasn’t planning anything, since it’s just the two of us, but my friend was taking about Easter dinner, and I think I will do something special. I need to go to the store anyway.
Leg of lamb with garlic and rosemary, mint, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, and asparagus. Lemon meringue pie. A nice wine.
