spoiled brat has a 6pm meeting and I have bridge until about 4pm, so looks like I will just do a pick up run to one of our newly opened bar b cue and burger place. I hate his having a 6pm meeting but can't do a thing about it. Some of the people on the committee still work and can't meet earlier. They forget it is TV time and dinner time for some of us.
Tonight roasted chicken stuffed with onion,orange,curly parsley and seasoned with butter,salt,black pepper.Served with garlic mashed potatoes,French beans and red wine sauce. To drink a glass of local Ontario red wine.For dessert pear halves with vanilla ice cream and melted bitter chocolate ( Pear Helene).
forgot to take the Bratwurst out of the freezer last night.
Desperation Dinner; Frittata with razor thin sliced potatoes and onions on bottom of cast iron pan, grape tomatoes, asparagus, cubed Trenton Pork Roll, eggs, and American cheese..bked in oven.
