Sausage on GF grill, red potato salad, Mac n cheese and mint iced tea.
For my dessert, I had a lemon cupcake with lemon frosting.

Got our first small eggplant from the garden today, so we had Eggplant Parm with Hot Garlic Bread, and Lemon Pie for dessert.

My wife made dinner yesterday.

Shrimp, red and yellow bell, daikon, cucumber, carrot, cilantro spring rolls with a coconut, lime, cilantro dipping sauce. We absolutely love that sauce.




A cucumber, carrot, shrimp, conch, and squid salad with a kimchi base, honey, lime juice dressing. An old favorite.
