I bought a pork tenderloin already rubbed with a sun dried tomato rub. I'm not a big fan of buying preseasoned meat by it was on sale. It was marked down to $3.00!! I couldn't resist. I am also making green beans cooked with chicken broth and fatback and rice pilaf.
whatever we are having I do know we will be using up the squash before it spoils. I made a menu for this week a couple days ago and I'l be darned, I can't find it. I am thinking we will chicken, squash and maybe a waldorf or fruit salad. Whatever I had better get the meat out of the freezer soon.
Visiting family and I am told tonight we will have egg noodles with chicken, Portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes tossed in a fresh tomato & basil sauce. To drink a glass of red wine. For dessert a slice of key lime cheesecake and a cup of black coffee.
