Too windy to smoke. Mini meat loves of beef/pork it will be with mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, corn and salad.

I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend. Tonight we are having baked turkey wings, green beans, cornbread dressing, mac & cheese and lemon angel cake bars for dessert.

We're "snowed in." I love it! Haven't seen this much snow in a long while.


It's a wet, heavy snow and has coated everything into a winter fairyland outside. The outdoor sounds are muffled, the wood stove is humming so that we are cozy and warm and. . . I don't know what to fix for supper!


Seems as though it should be soup and bread but I'll have to assess the supplies and ponder for a while.
