Last hunk of ribeye from the freezer, slow cooked in the crockpot. That's it. No time for anything else... but, I am all packed in 2 non-stop, jam-packed days! Tonight... lots of Bandaids on all the cuts I sustained & ice on the low back, both shoulders that I hurt, ankle I twisted, neck... oh, just everything.
Will be putting my pork shoulder (not my shoulder, the animals shoulder) in the crock pot in about an hour; If will cook for 10 hours or so. then it is ready to become a pulled pork so we can have sandwiches tonight along with mac salad, I am still trying to get rid of. The rest of the shoulder will be frozen except for what I save out for a sick friend and his wife. We will take pulled pork sandwiches to them tomorrow. I made some yummy bar b cue sauce last Sat and will use some of it on the sandwiches
Another cold,rainy and damp day.
I am planning to make a pot of spicy black and white bean soup served with chapatis. To drink lassi. For dessert any fruit from the fruit bowl.Later a cup of mint tea by the fireplace.

Good luck with the move. A day or two of driving will be relaxing in comparison.
We need something quick for dinner since we're seeing an afternoon movie. I'm thinking of picking up some ravioli on the way home and making a sage butter sauce.
