Last night, a simple, old stand by baked chicken meal using swiss cheese, cream of mushroom soup, white wine, butter, and cubed dry stuffing mix, served with egg noodles and steamed broccoli.

Tonight will be pork tenderloin. I am turning leftover mashed sweet potatoes into a swet potato casserole. I will round out the meal with steamed broccoli.

and while you are fixing dinner you can celebrate the Sox back to back wins!!!!! Damn

For dinner we are having chicken/cheese brats, rice and sauteed veggies, a combination of carrots, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms. Also just a very small green salad to top everything off. This will be the first time in almost 2 weeks we have not had to go and let daughters dogs out. They have been on a cruise and we have gone over to their house 3 times a day. We feel like we are finally out of prison.

Tonight chicken filet pieces with mushrooms and a creamy sauce served with bread dumplings.To drink Stella Artois. For dessert vanilla pudding with mixed berry compote.
