Or here's a thought kelsie maybe it is cheaper for him to keep losing the $5 opposed to how much ya spend at the store weekly.
We had a hamburger casserole, green beans, cottage cheese and slaw tonight.
8oz dry linguine (I used thin spaghetti because I didn't have linguine)
1/2 c chopped almonds
1/2 c choppeds walnuts
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 c parmesean cheese
4 anchovy fillets chopped very fine or 1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dried basil or 1 tbsp fresh basil
Boil the linguine until al dente.
While linguine is cooking mix other ingredients in a bowl. When linguine is cooked drain and toss with other ingredients.
I am going to make chicken parm and Rotini with meatballs, crispy bread and salad today. It is cold again so I may make up some soup, not sure what kind as yet. I'll let you know later, have a nice morning. kelsie
