No real shock after the mass closings of them last month.
I'll bet that building will not stay vacant for long in the thick of Fairview Rd.

Looks like it's official. It had been marked as Permanently Closed on Google by about 3pm.. But was still on the O'Charley's website.. That's gone now.

Looks like maybe a one-off closing as it doesn't look like the list of restaurants on their website shrank greatly.

That building is kinda in a bad spot.. At least, so far as not having a light. But.. Yes.. a bad location on Fairview is still better than most others.

This location has/had gotten very bad since Covid. We use to go there, not a lot, but often before. Use to be ableto sit down and ejoy the meal, but recently Ive felt safer CC since there have been several fights and arguments since they reopened.

The O'Charleys building in Greenwood went up for sale or lease last week. It's been closed since middle of August.

The building in Simpsonville seems to have been leased. I'd kinda suspect that might be why this one stayed open an extra 2 months?

The one in Greenwood seems like they owned the building and property.

Don’t recall it being mentioned. The Duncan Fuddruckers closed about a month ago. Wasn’t a traditional decor style though. It’s already been gutted, so maybe something else coming. It was operated (at least when first opened) by same fam that own the Bojangles franchise down the street. Lot of burger joints right at this area now.

Supposed to be a new Whataburger coming somewhere in that same street but I heard it may be at old bank building. Also new Biscuitville open near there.

I think it was like 3 weeks ago, the signs were lit up, but no cars in the lot. In the last year or so there havent been many cars there when we went by. We never thought much of the place, tasted like canned and frozen foods to us.

Yeah went there once and it wasn't good.

Google has it marked closed and their website is dead.
