Having trouble selling my home (credit, how much, homes)

Yes all the info has been wonderful. Overwhelming but worth it. Staging bedrooms are my hardest part. We dont have much bedroom furniture so its been a struggle deciding what to do. I will get there. Got the rest of this week to get everything together

Okay like I promised...more updated photos. Bare with me on the quality of the photos as they are just done on my phone and they WILL not be the new ones listed on MLS. I am just taking them so you all can see the changes I made and let me know if they are good or if I should do anything different before this weekend when the new pictures will be taken. I have several different rooms listed so I will label each picture next to it. Thanks in advance for the advice.

WOW, what a great job. Thanks for posting. As for the pics above the couch, I think I like the 3 before. I think you can use the bigger canvas in one of the bedrooms. It looks better that you got the tables out of the living room. The only other thing I'd say is to work on the brightness of the pics. Some are too dark. I enjoy looking at the before and after pics

yes I am partial to the 3 pics that were above the couch compared to this new big one. The brightness will definitely be better on the actual camera!

I know I haven't chimed in on this thread before, but I would caution you about using those three canvases. They look like family pictures and you really want to stay away from having family pictures up in the house. You want people to be able to see themselves living there and it makes it harder with family photos on the walls.

Just some food for thought.

That is a huge improvement in the "weight room" for certain.

The living room specifically still looks dark even in the updated photos - is there a way to bring more light into that room for your pictures.

I would still try to remove more of the "accessories" from the baby room (giraffe pictures, accessory tables, etc.). You could even remove items just for the pictures and then replace them if needed. I will re-iterate that you should really consider $50 to buy 2 gallons of neutral paint to remove the green in that room. Paint is a cheap way to make a transformation.

I am not going to paint that room. Just not in my budget or time right now. Will temove more things for pics though. The living room pictures are just being done with my phone and will gave way better light for the actual new mls pictures. Tese I took just to show yall

That's the weight room??? Wow, another great transformation. Now people can see another bedroom. Maybe some curtains but looks awesome. It's all coming together. Keep up the great work.
