Moderator cut: personal attack The news team really done their job on you. this boy's jock arrogance definitely did a lot of help. nevermind how we all say a cop's job is hard and that you dont do stupid things near twitchy people with guns. Moderator cut: personal attack.

Wait a minute, so you're talking about cops jobs being hard, itchy trigger fingers, and a jock resisting arrest while at the same time glossing over the most important aspect of this story: probable cause. Where was the probable cause? Until the Bellaire PD decides to come forward with an explanation of the probable cause with regards to this officers actions, we can only call this one thing: the shooting of an innocent, unarmed man.

jeebus, thats why they invented the 'careless driving' citation, only the officer can say that you are and will stop you whenever he wants. what happens after that is something you will take part on how it will end. oh look how this one ended. probably cause, get some street cred and get smart

This takes the cake for one of the most ignorant and reprehensible statements you have ever made wizzi. I'm all for cops doing their job and side with them on nearly all questionable incidents. This however is just ridiculous. The cop slams this guy's mother up against a wall for 'mouthing off' and then shoots the son for starting to get up off of the ground. The cop in this case is a lowlife and should be tried for attempted murder and nothing less.

cry me a river Moderator cut: personal attack. Dude prolly got up as a reaction after the crooked cop slamed his mother. cop had no justifiable reason to shoot that person. bellaire has a reputation among blacks for having crooked racial profiling cops.

i really have to prop you on this. meadows place officers in stafford are even worse than bellaire. the cops in meadows place write phantom tickets for traffic laws drivers dont even commit. those cops patrol a very small neighborhood with no crime, so their only way of getting paid is writing as many tickets they can possibly can to get paid. the judge of meadows place is just as crooked as the the officers. missouri city officers (and fort bend county as a whole) racial profile all day, and make up asinine reasons, and bull***** phoney traffic laws just to pull you over and harass you for no apparant reason.

Moderator cut: racial profiling I never said the shot was justified, pulling out his gun when a 'suspect leans' at him is what theyre trained to do. the rest is just plain incompetence, maybe an accident. if you or this family knows about the racism they probably should have waited it out and sue later. but no, tough guys need to get up and show racist cops theyre not afraid of them. well you can go ahead and be a tough guy around racist cops if you want I dont care. boohoo

I guess that's you're nice, coded way of saying he was being "uppity" .
Gotta put us in our "place", huh?

Anyhow, weren't they just in the driveway? I don't even think they were driving.
