Like a cat pacing back and forth in a cage, anxious and nervous.

I wish I could take away your worries and pains and make you all feel better.

I am ambivalent, about so much. Just don't really care about anything. Which is okay. Better than last year, when I was depressed about everything.

Ambivalence is an improvement.

Right now I am a nervous wreck, heart pumping, blood pressure up, headachy. I just took a Lorazepam, which I haven't taken in awhile. My tribulation will never be over, it will never be forgotten, but it is nearing closure. My house is for sale and I am hopeful it will sell soon. I have PT today for my broken arm, which is healed but the muscles need work to get back to normal.

I can relate to the mail, I go days before picking it up.

I wish all of us here better days.
