Too many cloudy/cold days these past weeks. The wind was horrible. Now snow is in the forcast? Wait! This is MN. I am still in MN, that's why. Guess I shouldn't have complained.

Default Snow in May would be odd enough...

...but all the more so after a snowless April & March.

No snow in April isn't the norm, but it's not inordinately unusual. But no snow in March? Truly bizarre...

I'm from Michigan, and this weather reminds me of home. Day after day of cold, cloudy, windy, depressing weather.

Hey, we had it made in the shade in March and April, so if we have to bend over and take it for May to get an awesome June, July and August I'll take that deal! I want to say this is how 2007 started, and that was one HOT summer!

Doesn't anyone read the paper every day, listing the all-time high's and low's
for every particular day? Or are you too scared to look?

It's the best way to put things into perspective. I do it everyday for my own city.

I lived in MN for 43 years, and I recall one Memorial Day weekend of seeing snow flurries, but no accumulation. Melted on impact. But still..............

And I was not living in Northern MN either, south central rather.

We should be used to it after experiencing it last year.

We had the most miserable October I can remember followed by the best November I can remember.

Seems like the pattern is to have the next months weather, then a month later, the previous months weather.

I also remember the fishing opener of 1968( around May 20)
Snowmobile suit on and snowing and windy. ( and this was on a lake in central MN about 120 miles from Minneapolis )

"The paper"...? Is that a new weather web site?
