Didn't Nazz (Todd Rundgren's old band) have a song called Wildwood Blues? They were based in Philly I know.

LBI is the line of demarcation, almost 50/50 though to me a tad bit more North Jersey/NY - all points South are strongly South Jersey/Philly

Yes you are right the Nazz Todd Rudgren) is from Philly, Upper Darby to be exact.

Oddly "On the way to Cape May" is most famously by Bobby Darin from Brooklyn but Wildwood days is by Bobby Rydell who is from Philly

I always thought On the Way to Cape May was by Al Alberts. His version is the only one I've ever heard. I always know it's summer when 98.3 starts playing it

too.
Gerania, I'll be going down to Stone Harbor in late September to meet with a realtor. I've always wondered what the beach at Strathemere is like. From the map, it looks so much less congested than Sea Isle. Any particulars you liked specifically about the place?

Ocean County has A LOT more in common with South Jersey than North Jersey.

Then again, I think most of Middlesex does too, although it's impractical to call it South Jersey due to what it is near.
