soo yesterday, breaking ground contacted me to inform me that my file was approved by the city and that i am now simply waiting on the building to contact me to sign the lease. Everything is finally moving with general population, and i am all smiles.
@Deslove I was assigned a unit in November and viewed that exact unit. When BG called yesterday they confirmed that will still be my unit
@JessRocks Thanks soo much!!. I must agree BG is hella strange but I am just thankful to have finally won a lottery apartment this amazing. Well wishes to everyone. And I am pretty sure we will be calling each other neighbors sooner than we think.
I saw my unit on Dec 14th and they're making me resubmit docs. I've sent in everything just waiting for them to confirm they got everything. They've already asked for more than the inital email too. I guess everyone's situation is different ����*♀️
