Lady Gaga hpd called to say I was approved. They said the reason why management hasn't called me yet is because the building wasn't ready yet. Hope they'll call me soon to come look at the place
So hpd approved you before you saw a place? For ladygaga1 and I we viewed but are still waiting for final hpd approval. What size are you eligible for? --As for the size, there might be some difference on the website and actual lottery apartments. For the two bedrooms, on the website they all have two baths, but the one I saw had one bath. Congratulations! Hoping we will all be neighbors soon!
Hi finmom! Yes, I saw an apartment this week. I qualified for a 2 bedroom as well and it was also under construction at the time of viewing. Still waiting on HPD. So happy to see we are all making progress!
In January is when they called me in an for interview. They sent it over to HPD around March. I spoke with HPD in the beginning of May because I had gotten approved to another building and I didn't want to stay in the limbo. You can call HPD and speak to marketing, they are willing to look it up with you and let you know what your status is.
HPD called to let me know that the reason why management haven't called is because they haven't finished the building. My log number is in the 15k's. I still haven't seen the place. I searched online and saw a couple of videos of real estate agents showing viewings of the buildings interior but nothing like seeing the real deal
Hope we will all be neighbors as well!!
