FYI everyone i posted the question asking if anyone has signed a lease since the new regs in October, and what the recertification provions are if so, in the "changes to guidelines" forum. But even a quick glance at a few discussions makes it clear that the mysterious standstill is at several buildings at least...not just ours. ?????
It looks like they're back with processing applicants !!! Whoever signed paperwork with assigned units will most likely be called in to sign some additional update paperwork from HPD before final approval in the coming days.
The interview email says to call or email to make an appt but no one answers the phone, the VM box is full and they don't answer emails. Lol. Hmmph.
You're gonna get disqualified for not responding.
