You're welcome. That's just me though. No judgment of anyone who feels a need to call. And keep us posted!

The delay could be related to the fact that there is a partial Stop Work Order on the property: Property Profile Overview

I emailed HPD and they got back to me today just saying my file was still under review and I'd hear from Breaking Ground when it was time for the next step. I am also beginning to think the Partial Stop Work Order is making them hold up the whole process. I hope I'm wrong. Do not relish the idea of submitting everything again when the docs become more than 120 days old per the HPD rules. Ugh! Happy waiting and continuing luck to all.

My file is under review also. Are you able to change the apt they have assigned you or not? I didn't ask them.

That's great news. They usually don't change the unit after it is assigned .. though if you're eligible for two different unit types, you're supposed to be able to choose the type such as studio or 1BR..

I still haven't received word either. Did any of you take pictures of the apartment? or hallway at least? I wish there were more pictures than the one I see online.

The lottery apartments don't have the same finishes as the market rate. The lottery apartments have stainless steel applicances, different finishes in kitchens and bathrooms. They don't have those Copper light fixtures like you see in the market rate pictures, and the bathrooms dont have glass and marble finishes . There is a in unit washer dryer in all units though which is nice !

I must say the lottery apartments are still very nice ... most of the apartments are ready for move in but developer is delaying the process for some reason ...
