Yes they'll probably tell you before they send your file to compliance, which usually takes a week or two, after it passes BG's compliance it's sent to HPD.

Does anyone know if they started contacting people without CB preference? I have no CB preference, but my log number is 4,2xx. I'm a single person looking for a studio or 1 bedroom. Still hopeful.

They're delayed.. I doubt they've started contacting non-pref groups.. if they have it's probably very low logs.

But I'm not certain - it's been about 3 weeks since viewing an apartment and still haven't heard anything from them.. this wait is a killer .

Hi there,

First, congratulations. I'm still waiting and was curious about closet space. You said that you saw an apt. that measured approx. 650 sq. ft.; how many closets does it have? Are the closets walk-in?

The unit that I saw (1BR) had two closets, one in the entrance foyer and one in the bedroom. The bedroom also had an additional linen closet. They were not walk-in.
