Btw the lady that showed me the unit said they might be putting in the Nest thermostat ... did anyone hear something similar ? That would be pretty cool to have, I know the market apts all have them.
The unit I saw had just a regular rectangular white box kind of thermostat. She said they may be replacing those? That'd be nice! Either way I'd be happy though
how long after the interview should you except to hear from them and how? Even after two weeks after the interview, they ask me for more paperwork- is this mean that they have not send to HPD yet or they have ?
Ugh the wait is killing mee... I'm really hoping we can start signing leases sometime in June

You should be hearing from them within a few weeks for additional paperwork or to sign the files before sending to HPD. They will let you know before they send it out . Whats your log number ? Dont post the full number, end it with an x like 2,xxx .
Wow that's great Ladygaga. Congratulations. That's a major breakthrough. Just sit back, sip some margarita and wait to sign the lease. I'm happy for all the people that get to move into this building. To me, it's the best building I ever saw in NYC even though you have to pay extra for the amenities.
