Yes BG definitely does a thorough job when reviewing applicants so if an applicant passes their compliance then it's most likely going to get HPD approval .
I'm hoping for some good news this week !

At least you were able to leave him a message. When I've called, his mailbox is full. Hopefully, he'll start making his way through his emails today.

Whirledpeas and it's.nelle , do you have any preferences ?

Also I don't remember ever having issues sheduling my interview.. very strange, maybe they're understaffed.

Does anyone know if any homeless families have moved into the building under the new requirement that "half of CB units must be set aside for homeless referrals"? Could BG be delaying all of you in the normal lottery while homeless people are situated? I am really confused by the delay in this building.

Then I guess they're finished processing preferences .... and I'm not sure if homeless families started moving in, I want to follow up with HPD by the end of the week maybe they have more information. It just doesn't make sense we've been going through this since December ..
