Even if I went to the interview it doesn't guarantee an apt the lady said. Do you know they look for on credit check? I'm rebuilding my credit and don't have any eviction problems. I read they deny is your credit isn't over 580 and if you have a delinquent over $500 (darn hospital bill I have). When she we call to see if we got selected? I'm already nervous lol. How did yours go? I'm single person for a studio.
Hey guys! Happy Sunday! I went to the interview on Thursday but I didn't print my entire 2015 tax return, I was missing landlord letter and one pay stub so I have to go back this week to resubmit my entire documents. I'm not really worried about this process. This is the 2nd time they contacted me for this project. I initially applied about 5 yrs ago but they had numerous construction delays. I think the process will go pretty quickly once u submit ur documents. The guy told me HUD is upstairs. So once we go through & pass the initial stage with mhany the HUD approval will happen very quickly. I've been through a similar process before
I googled map the buildings and some of them appear small lol. I think the apartments will be small. I prefer an apartment that's near the train. What about you? Also, did they tell you how soon will you hear back?
