Congrats again!!! Did you have to resubmit any documents? I called the office today and was told that they still haven't heard anything from HDC yet about my file. I was told to call back next week Friday, they might know by then. I'm a little nervous now because I just got a raise for my job
They asked for new documents from me bank statements and pay stubs...

Yes they asked me to resubmit paystubs and bank statements again.. i did on Friday..but she said that they dont send that back to the city ... so she gave me August 1st as my moving date

Ok thats great...Were you able to pick your move-in date? I just paid my rent for Aug. so I'm looking to move Aug.15 or Sept.
Not a huge fan of the neighborhood as a whole, but as you know 1 block left or right is a whole new world in NYC.
The street the building is on is quiet, The building is also very quiet which I love.
More than likely when more middle-class folks move in, the neighborhood will improve because no one wants to work hard and deal with chaos.
